Olympic Torch
Decided to pop across to St Mellons on the 25th May to see the start of the Olympic Torch Relay as it came to Cardiff.
Where was it all starting at mum's bus stop! In the 30 years mum had lived in St Mellons nothing this exciting had ever happened. Her bustop was taken over by several hundred people all keen to catch a glympse of the torch and get in the mood for the olympics. It was lovely to be surrounded by so many happy and friendly faces, everyone getting into the spirit :)
