Congratulations Cate on your performances throughout the season and particularly for completing your hatrick of Welsh titles and extending your club record in August.
Well done to all our nominated athletes :)
Your club person of the month for August is Eric Oram who has worked with sprint athletes from 12 year olds to some more senior perfomers in the Masters category this summer. In August, Eric worked with his own group and supported other coaches whilst they were on holidays to provide continuity of coaching for the athletes.
