A massive well done to Keith Powell who was competing at BMAF indoor Pentathlon Championships on the weekend.

Long Jump 3rd 4.58m
Shot 4th 7.67m
High jump 3rd 1.38m
1000m 5th 4:03.99
Overall points 2654 in 4th place.
