Jackson Mountford knocked 17 seconds off his 3000m PB at the annual BMC meeting at Millfield School in Somerset, paced by senior GB international Alex Teuten. Jackson's time of 8.33.47 puts him a clear Number 1 in Welsh U20 rankings.
