First Sub 1 Hour 10K Trail Run

From Cariad Roberts, our intrepid North Wales trail runner: "Had a great time at the Llangollen Trail 10k this morning - a nice mix of easy level canal tow path, hills through farmers fields, sports field and a little country lanes. My first sub 1 hour 10k trail race despite having a stinking cold all week!"
