Throws - Shot put and Discus – Hammer and Javelin at later dates

• Any athlete can attend for age groups U11 to U15 as long as they have 3 marks on power of ten in their chosen event

• Clubs/Athlete to declare interest but no formal registration

• Timetable

Arrival 9.45am

Introduction 10.00am

Discus Practical / Shot put drills/training 10.20am

Shot put Practical / Discus Drills/training 11.20am

Conclusion 12.20pm

Depart 12.30pm
