Due to the proximity of the Welsh Schools Cross Country Championships, we had just the two athletes representing East Wales.
Chloe Powell made her Inter Counties debut and was 227th in the Senior Women's race. Lily Williams was 160th in U15 Girls, around the half-way mark in the large field.
East Wales were 20th and first Welsh Senior team.
