Primary Schools Challenge All U13s & U15s = 4 per team All U17s, & Senior/Masters Women = 3 per team Senior Men (&U20)/Masters = 4 per team

Let me know (or Jean if you are U11) if you are available for selection. I must enter teams by 25 October. As usual with relays, once selected this must be a firm commitment.

This will incorporate East Wales Championships, so medals to be won, plus selection for East Wales for Inter Regional Championships.
