Restricted entry for the East Wales Indoor Championships

Welsh Athletics have taken the step of limiting entries for the East Wales Indoor Championships

"We therefore are proposing that we cap the entry in all field events to 40 competitors – this split will be 12 for South Wales, 12 for East Wales, 8 for the South West of England and 8 for the open element. Any surplus spaces will be given to the South Wales and East Wales regions. Entries will be on a first come, first served basis."

Please be aware of this and do not leave it too late before entering. You may be disappointed.
