Sad news

We heard yesterday from Sue Alvey that her husband has sadly passed away.

Brian was a well respected timekeeper and he will be sadly missed.

'Just to let you all know that Brian (Alvey) passed away this morning. He was in hospital but appeared to be making a recovery but then suddenly went down hill. They say he was suffering from Coronavirus and had pneumonia and that it is rarely survivable as only fit, healthy people get it so that by the time you feel really ill, it’s too late'.
