Congratulations to Ceri Griffiths who made her debut for Wales last weekend at the schools cross-country international. Ceri ran in the U14 Girls race. She was giving away a year to most of her rivals, and was selected as the 7th pick for Welsh Schools, so ran extremely well to come 18th out of 32 and finish as the 3rd Welsh athlete.
