Cariad Roberts takes on the toughest of Half-Marathons:

“That was a brute of a race, I could handle the going up Snowdon part, I was prepared for that but at about 18k there was a brutal steep uphill section, it was totally demoralising! Anyway, I've had gammon and chips now and actually feel pretty great again because at the end of the day I just did a half marathon up Snowdon!”
