Newport Harriers had three athletes competing in this match for Welsh Schools: Caris Morgan 6th in javelin, Gwennan Lewis 5th in shot, and Jackson Mountford 5th in 3000m.

3000m Age Group Championships

The Welsh Athletics International incorporates 3000m championships for junior age groups. Elin Griffiths (U15G) and Oscar Denton (U17M) each missed out on a medal in 4th place. Lily Williams (U15G) was 5th, and Josh Jones (U15B) was 7th.
